Grilled Swordfish Skewers

My parents contacted me a couple of weeks ago because they had just had an amazing meal and wanted to share. They sent me a photo and the recipe, and y’all - it looks great. Not to mention it involves fresh veggies, frozen swordfish and a pre-seasoned box of pasta. Clearly my mother and I share an enthusiasm for taking grocery store convenience to a gourmet level.

2 filets of frozen swordfish
6 mini bell peppers
2 zucchini
2 yellow squash
large fresh pineapple chunks
my mom’s special marinade (1 tbsp fish herb blend seasoning, 1/2 tsp lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice)
1 box of garlic and olive oil pasta
