Washing and drying fish.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl to make the marinade.
On a sheet of aluminum foil "Fino" put fish.
Brush fillets smear on all sides with the marinade and leave for about 15 minutes.
Warming up the grill or barbecue, pour the fish with remaining marinade, subtract it from the foil and put it on the grill.
Bake at about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Serve warm.
