1 3lb fryer, cut into 8 pieces, the breast cut in half
2 cups buttermilk
squirt (or 2, if you like these hot) of hot sauce, we used sriracha
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp salt free steak seasoning
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp granulated garlic
peanut oil for frying
