Halloween Up-Chuck Stuffed Brie

This Halloween Up-Chuck Stuffed Brie is a great appetizer for an adult Halloween party. Stuffed with a diced pear, dried cranberries, and jalapeno, this easy party food will be a spooktacular hit at your next Halloween party.

1 small wheel of brie 6 to 8 inches
1 sheet of thawed puff pastry plus a little more for design * see notes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pear diced
1 jalapeño deseeded and diced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon egg beaten with 1of water
Kitchen string or plain dental floss.

In a small pot heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pear, jalapeño, cranberries, and a dash of cinnamon. Sweat the fruit and vegetables until the jalapeño softens a little, approx 5 minutes....
