2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons honey
8 slices crusty sourdough or Italian bread
1 Granny Smith apple ( thinly sliced )
12 ounces honey-baked or honey-glazed ham ( sliced )
8 ounces brie cheese ( sliced )
4 Tablespoons butter ( at room temperature for easier spreading )
