Instead of fast food try these delicious Hand Breaded Chicken Strips! Sure to please even the pickiest eaters!

3 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (for a time saver, you can buy precut "chicken strips" or ask the butcher to cut them for you)
1 cup of flour
2 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
