1 box angel food cake mix (the one step kind)
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Optional: 1 tub Cool-Whip

Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Mix angel food cake mix with crushed pineapple,
along with the juice.
**Do Not add any water or oil**
Fold in coconut & pecans.
Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Do NOT grease the pan!
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
After cooling, top individual servings with Cool-Whip.
