Rice dish with a variation of vegetables and fruits topped with cream of chicken soup

3-4 cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
4c Rice
2 cans of cream of chicken
1c Milk
(all ingredients below are optional per your tastes)
1 can of Pineapple
1 can of Olives
1 can Water chestnuts
1c slivered almonds
1c Celery (chopped)
2c Shredded cheese
1 bell pepper
1 cup shredded coconut
1 can of Maraschino cherries
1 cup of chow mien noodles
4c Rice
2 cans of cream of chicken
1c Milk
(all ingredients below are optional per your tastes)
1 can of Pineapple
1 can of Olives
1 can Water chestnuts
1c slivered almonds
1c Celery (chopped)
2c Shredded cheese
1 bell pepper
1 cup shredded coconut
1 can of Maraschino cherries
1 cup of chow mien noodles
Cook chicken and shred. Set aside.
While cooking the chicken you can chop your optional ingredients and cook the rice accordingly. You will also want to heat up the cream of chicken and milk together in a sauce pan on low.
Once chicken is cooked and shredded you may add it to the sauce.
To serve: Lay down rice first, then add all of the chopped ingredients, then top with sauce mixture. Some also tend to use soy sauce or sauces like Sriracha.
