Tender juicy turkey meatballs bathed in simmering teriyaki sauce served with sautéed veggies, mango, and pineapple on a bed of Chinese noodles. This easy turkey meatball recipe comes together quickly for those busy back to school nights.

1 cup low sodium soy sauce
6 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 tbsp dried minced onions
1 package Farm Rich Frozen Turkey Meatballs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 package of Chinese noodles
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
1 cup fresh mango, chopped
6 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
