Healthier Banana Bread

You know I love my coffee. Maybe too much. :) And you can’t drink a cup of coffee without having some treat to go with it. And for me, a sweet but healthy bread or a simple pound cake will do.

3 very ripe bananas
2 eggs, at room temperature
200 g of whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons of natural unsweetened yogurt
1 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
