Healthier Chicken Salad

I've tried a few chicken salad recipes, but this one from my sister-in-law is still my favorite. I've done a little healthy adapting, but I made it for a party this past weekend and my family didn't even notice. :)

4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup homemade ranch dressing
1/8 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red grapes, cut in half
salt, pepper, onion salt or garlic salt to taste (optional)
