Ever have random leftovers by way of vegetables or meat in your fridge but not enough to feed your family the same thing? Try making pizza. I did mine with leftover chicken, veggies and goat cheese. All I had to buy was tomato sauce and prepared dough. Dinner for under 5 bucks!

Yellow pepper, tomato, orange pepper, goat cheese, chicken, tomato sauce, prepared pizza crust (dough form from Publix) basil, oregano
After buying prepared dough, chop the veggies you have left over from the week, add leftover meats (chicken, bacon, turkey, etc) and cook according to dough directions. 20-25 min on 425 degrees.
