Healthy Berry Crumble
2
I just love the vibrancy of the purple berries, not only does it taste fantastic – it looks it too. The crumble topping, made from oats (you can also use gluten-free oats if you’re intolerant) and ground almonds soaks up all the juiciness of the berries when baked, which make every single bite juicy, flavoursome and delicious. I’ve used a mixture of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to make this, but other alternatives such as; rhubarb, apples and blackberries are also super tasty.
