Healthy Broccoli, Rice and Chicken Casserole

I love broccoli so i am biased towards this recipe simply because of that. I know how much good things are in broccoli to help protect your health and i also love the taste of chicken. Rice gives it some carbs that will not only add bulk to make you feel fuller but also provide you with needed energy. Enjoy!

5 chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch cubes
1 cup of white rice ( I actually prefer brown), or you may also use instant rice (ust remember though that different kinds of rice will produce completely different cook times.)
2¼ cups of milk
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken
1½ cup of thawed broccoli florets
1¾ cup of shredded heddar cheese
1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers
