Healthy Chicken Tenders

10 chicken tenders
1 cup Fiber One Original cereal
2 eggs
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1. Heat oven to 350*. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray. 2. Beat eggs in bowl and set aside. 3. Put Fiber One cereal in food processor or blender and blend until it turns into a flour consistency. Pour cereal in bowl and mix with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. 4. Take 1 chicken tender at a time and dip in egg mixture, then roll around in Fiber One cereal mixture and place on cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
