Healthy Garlic Lime Chicken Wraps

If you are looking for a simple and quick meal to put together for the family, this is it. The chicken wraps contain lots of colorful veggies and are secured in a whole wheat flour tortilla.

1/2 tsp Ground Cummin
1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp Cilantro Leaves
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 med Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 med Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 med Orange Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 med Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 med Onion, sliced thin
1 lb Chicken Tenders or boneless breast, cut into strips
8 whole wheat flour tortillas
Mix all spices and juices together in a small bowl. Place chicken in the bowl, turning the pieces to make sure they are coated well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Cook chicken in large skillet for 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and add onions and peppers. Cook for 4 minutes or until tender. Add chicken back to the skillet with onions/peppers and cook for 2 minutes. Serve chicken mixture on whole wheat flour tortillas.
