In Indian cuisine, bulgur or daliya is used as a cereal with milk and sugar.This dish is made very often in winters at my home.

100 g chrushed millet (daliya)
250 ml water
salt (to taste)
250 ml water
salt (to taste)
Roast daliya in a pan .
Now add salt and water and keep it stirring on flame till it start boiling.
Daliya is ready.
Serve hot in a bowl and pour milk in it and add sugar and mix well.
At last add ghee in it and mix well.
