1 Cup of Pinhead Oats
4 Cups of Water
1 tsp Honey
1/2 Sliced Banana
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1. Measure 4 cups of water into a saucepan. 2. Add 1 cup of pinhead oats. 3. Bring to the boil stirring occasionally. 4. Reduce heat when the porridge is smooth. 5. Let it simmer for 25 minutes stirring occasionally. 6. Serve in a bowl with the honey, banana & cinnamon.
