These delicious no bake breakfast cookies are naturally sweetened with no refined sugars. The perfect on-the-go easy breakfast or snack option!

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or oat flour)
1/4 cup flaked coconut
6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional
1/4 cup yogurt covered dried raisins or cranberries
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or oat flour)
1/4 cup flaked coconut
6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional
1/4 cup yogurt covered dried raisins or cranberries
1. Mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. If needed, add a little bit more honey or peanut butter if the mixture is too dry or more ground flaxseed if too sticky.
