Healthy Turkey Fajita Wraps

Southwest-seasoned turkey, grilled peppers and onions, and a healthy avocado ranch dressing make these fajita wraps delicious and healthy!

1 pound thin-sliced turkey cutlets
1 teaspoon (or to taste) southwest seasoning mix (see recipe)
4 burrito grande-size tortillas
1½ medium sweet peppers (red, yellow or orange) cut into ¼-inch strips
1 small sweet onion, cut into ¼-inch slices
8 tablespoons avocado ranch dressing (see recipe)
1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed, cut into ?-inch strips
1½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
Salt
Pepper
Cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
