Healthy White Chicken Chili

A light chili that is delicious and healthy. It is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

4 cans white beans drained
8 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup diced cilantro
1 can diced green chilis (I used mild)
1 TBS salt
1 tsp cumin
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (finely diced and cooked)
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer over medium to low heat on the stovetop for 30-40 minutes stirring frequently. Enjoy!
