Hearty Spaghetti Meat Sauce

I am happy to say that this a really good sauce. It’s intensely flavorful, a cinch to make, and the best part, it can be frozen and used on other recipes like spaghetti, lasagna, over the top of manicotti and so much more.

5 lbs Ground Beef
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 whole Large White Onions, Diced
2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Seeded & Diced
6 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 cup White Wine
4 cans 28 Ounce Crushed Tomatoes
1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
1 can (small, 4-ounce) Tomato Paste
1 tsp ground Oregano
1 tsp ground Thyme
4 whole Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Extra Minced Parsley, For Serving

In a large pot drizzle in olive oil, heat over medium-high heat; add the diced onion & bell pepper; stir it around for 1 ½ minutes; add the garlic, stir & cook for an additional minute.
