Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

1 ½ c. bread crumbs
? c. fresh basil (stack the basil leaves, then snip with scissors)
1 T. olive oil
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 T. fresh thyme, chopped (strip the stem backwards)
1 pkg. pork tenderloins (2 per pkg.)
3 T. fresh parsley, chopped
Stir together bread crumbs, basil, pepper, salt and thyme. Brush tenderloins lightly with olive oil. Roll in crumbs until completely covered. Roast at 425° approximately 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160° when inserted in center of pork. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, slice and serve on platter with roasted red skin potatoes.
