Herbed Miso Corn

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp white miso
4 cups fresh or frozen corn niblets
1/4 cup snipped chives
Melt butter with miso in a large frying pan set over medium. Add corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender and warmed through, about 5 min. Stir in chives. Serve immediately with Simple sweet & sour pork.
