Herbed parmesan potato wedges

Crunchy roasted potatoes,herb infused with the brightness of lemon, with feta dip sauce just to lighten your taste buds! Perfectly balanced and a great side dish!

4 tbsp. butter,melted
1/3 cup parmesan
5 small potatoes,rubbed and cut in wedges (I used re potatoes,but you can use any one you want)
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 garlic clove,smashed,or finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the feta sauce:

1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup feta,crumbles
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 spring onion,chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 garlic clove,chopped
