hoisin pork stew with snow peas

Can you tell I love asian food and recipes especially with hoisin. Here's one and it cooks in the crockpot and I just love it.

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 lbs boneless short ribs--originally called for 5 lbs of bone in beef ribs
salt
1 7oz jar hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp ginger spice
4 oz snow peas cut slant wise
3 green onions sliced

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons. 3 med potatoes sliced or cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
