Peanut butter toffee made from saltine crackers. An easy holiday treat. Yum!

1 "sleeve" saltine crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. peanut butter
Red and green M&M's
