Homemade Bruschetta

This bruschetta is so easy to make. Only take minutes to prepare. Be ready to impress your love ones with this!

2 cups of fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced, divided
1 small white or red onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 loaf of Italian Bread, sliced
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
