There is no person in the world that wouldn\\\'t love a truffle. What better than chocolate truffles? Homemade chocolate truffles. This recipe is very simple and you only need few ingredients.

- 120 ml heavy cream;
- 200 g dark chocolate (50% cocoa);
- 30 g butter;
- 2 tablespoons rum;
