Homemade Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This is a zucchini recipe miracle from my Grandma Cash. I’m transcribing her hand written, chocolate zucchini bread recipe, complete with the recommended glaze she used.

•21/2 Cups flour
•1/2 Cup dark cocoa powder
•21/2 tsp. baking pwd
•11/2 tsp. soda
•1 tsp. salt
•2 tsp. Cinnamon
•3/4 Cup soft butter or coconut oil
•2 Cups sugar
•3 eggs
•2 tsp. vanilla
•2 Cups Shredded zucchini
•1/2 C milk
•1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
•(Optional glaze:)
•2 Cups powdered sugar
•3 Tablespoons milk
•1 tablespoon vanilla

•Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
•place zucchini in a bowl with 2 tablespoons sugar.Let sit for 20 minutes to separate extra moisture from it.
