A delicious homemade pizza that uses fresh dough, sauce and grilled eggplant to make the perfect pizza combination.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 homemade pizza dough
1/2 cup homemade pizza sauce
4-5 large eggplant slices grilled
1/3 red onion sliced thin
