Homemade Fresh Peach Ice Cream

I took this to a bbq and it was all gone in a matter of minutes! Smooth, creamy, and refreshing, this ice cream is the perfect treat.

2 eggs
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 cup milk or half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. almond extract
5–6 large, ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
1 cup whip­ping cream
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until thick­ish and lemon col­ored, about 5 min­utes. Beat in the sugar. Stir in the milk (or half and half), vanilla and almond extract.
