Honey Mustard Chicken is a great recipe to use up extra garden produce. The tasty sauce compliments a variety of vegetables. A healthy, easy dinner. Enjoy!

1/4 cup of grainy, course mustard
1/4 cup smooth dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of a small yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large carrot sliced
1/2 lb. bacon sliced
1 sweet red pepper sliced in long ribbons
2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
salt and pepper
3 - 4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary
