Our favorite homemade Mac and Cheese! So easy and you know EXACTLY what's going in it.

1 1/2 c macaroni
3 TB butter
3 TB flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c milk
1 c grated cheese
3 TB butter
3 TB flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c milk
1 c grated cheese
Boil macaroni until tender.
Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt. Mix. Slowly add milk. Stir with a wire whip
Heat until it comes to a boil. Take off heat and add ½ cup grated cheese....
