Homemade Orange Chicken

Why go out for Chinese when you can make it at home? Chances are you've already got everything you need on hand! Make this for dinner tonight!

2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 orange, zest and juice
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. corn starch

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
