Pumpkin Bread. An easy to make, outstanding fall bread. Perfect for a party plate or lunchbox snacks. This filling moist bread satisfies the sweet tooth and also provides fiber, good fats and nutrients.

1-15 oz. can pumpkin
4-eggs
1-C. Melted Coconut oil
2/3- C. warm water
3-C. white sugar
3 1/2- C. all purpose flour
2-tsp. baking soda
1 1/2- tsp. salt
1-tsp. cinnamon
1-tsp. nutmeg
1/2- tsp. cloves
1/4-tsp. ginger
Optional glaze:
3 Cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon milk
1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
