½ cup Milk
½ chopped Onion
1 cup Rolled Oats
¼ cup canned diced green chilies, drained
1 tsp Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Pkg Mushroom Gravy
½ cup Milk
½ chopped Onion

1. In a large bowl, beat eggs well.
2. Mix in the next 7 ingredients stirring well
3. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly
4. Shape mixture into 6-8 patties
