I love, love, love salsa! And I use so much of it in recipes and snacking with tortilla chips! Unfortunately the good salsa can be expensive.Yes, you can buy the cheapy, store brand that doesn’t taste fabulous, but if you’re going to eat it then have the good stuff! Anyway, I decided to make my own and it was fabulously much less expensive than what I buy! I was able to make it for a fourth of the cost of my regular salsa spending! 4 large tomatoes
2 cans (15oz) Rotel
1 lime
1 onion
2 Tbls sugar
2 cans (15oz) Rotel

1. Dice your tomatoes and onions.
2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix and chop!
3. Done!
That makes about 64 oz. I put my salsa in a large glass jar that held all of it!
