1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
4 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 3/4 cup flour (plus more for rolling)

10 oz dark, milk, or semisweet chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1/2 tsp peppermint
