1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon oil olive
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon honey

In the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with the dough hook, add the honey, warm water and stir to dissolve. Sprinkle the yeast over top and let it sit for 5 minutes.
