This meatloaf isn't just your ordinary meatloaf! Yes, it tastes like a traditional meatloaf, but with an extra crunch from the french fried onions and zing sauce on top sets it apart from traditional meatloaf! It's fairly easy, if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty!

Meatloaf Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Lg Egg, beaten
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Topping Ingredients:
Additional Ingredients for Topping:

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
