I LOVE fried chicken, but I am horrid at frying anything. In fact my husband threw my Fry Daddy away and has pretty much banned me from frying things. I tend to either burn myself or try to burn the house down But that doesn’t stop a craving for fried chicken, no sirree! So why not just let the oven do the work and not chance a call to the fire department? It tastes just as good, is just as crispy and no burns! That’s a big plus in my book.

2 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. seasoning salt
pinch of salt and pepper
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk (or buttermilk is even tastier)
Chicken of your choice (I made 15 chicken legs)
