I got the recipe for this yummy chicken from a friend of mine. This chicken is easy and while the chicken is baking I can cook some vegetables and rice to go along with it. All done within an hour. For another idea to use with this chicken, you can slice it up and put it on top of a tossed salad and add some asian dressing. -Robin

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
