No deep frying involved! These taquitos are baked to slightly crispy golden brown perfection! Sweet from the honey with a flavor kick from the creamy cilantro dipping sauce. Kids and adults will go crazy for this hand held dinner!

4 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded chicken
1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
15-20 small flour tortillas
creamy dipping sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1/4 c salsa verde
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
fresh squeezed lime juice, 1/2 of a lime (1-2 teaspoons)
