This chicken is a favorite in our house! It is so easy and so good it will soon be yours too!

2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 10)
1 tsp paprika
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp paprika

Mix together the paprika, salt, cumin and chili pepper
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly onto the chicken pieces and rub into the meat. Set in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
