Hot Brown Ham Sliders

I've mashed up the Kentucky hot brown with the Virginia ham biscuit and made these deliciously simple Hot Brown Ham Sliders.

1 pound sliced, Virginia ham
1 pound sliced turkey
8 tomato slices
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free half and half
2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspon black pepper
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Asiago cheese
1 cup sharp, fat free cheddar cheese
8 dinner rolls
