Hot Wings without Guilt

A delicious recipe leaving you licking your fingers , nice and crispy but low in fat and calories...serve with a salad.

20 chicken wings
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp low fat butter
1/2. tbsp minced garlic
salt to taste
In a large bowl mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt . Toss the chicken wings and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 45 mins. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and bake chicken wings for about 15-18 minutes per side. In a pan, combine butter , hot sauce , pepper and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken wings from oven and place them in a serving bowl , pour hot sauce over them and mix well.
