Cookie crumb crust
1 1/3 cups of fresh graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons of raw sugar
1/3 cup of full cream butter, melted
For the Vanilla Cheesecake Batter
3 eight oz packages of fresh cream cheese (about 3 cups)
1 cup of raw sugar
3 medium – large eggs
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 1/3 cups of fresh graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons of raw sugar
1/3 cup of full cream butter, melted
