Whole wheat bread: 6 slices.
Paneer: 1 cup, shredded.
Salt to taste.
Kissan Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper: a pinch.
Ginger: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
Coriander: 2 tbsp, finely chopped.
Green chilli: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
Hot milk: 1-2 tbsp, use as needed.
Oil: 2 tbsp.
Chopped mixed bell peppers: 2 tbsp.
Paneer: 1 cup, shredded.
Salt to taste.
Kissan Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper: a pinch.
Ginger: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
Coriander: 2 tbsp, finely chopped.
Green chilli: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
Hot milk: 1-2 tbsp, use as needed.
Oil: 2 tbsp.
Chopped mixed bell peppers: 2 tbsp.
Mix all the filling ingredients thoroughly, except for the milk. The texture of the mix should be soft enough to spread on bread. Add milk as needed. Set aside.
