Incredible Pumpkin Bread

With or without chocolate chips, this bread is incredible! Reducing the pumpkin and spices on the stove really intensifies the flavors. You might want to make a double or triple batch!

2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 oz cream cheese, cut in 12 pieces
4 large eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 oz cream cheese, cut in 12 pieces
4 large eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut parchment paper to fit the bottoms of two loaf pans. Coat both pans well with cooking spray. In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
